How to convert Reward point to MoneyBack point:

1. Ensure that you are enrolled as a MoneyBack member
2. Click "Redeem" in this page
3. Redemption record will be assigned to "My Gift" section in your account
4. Input your MoneyBack ID in "My Profile"
5. 500 converted MoneyBack point will be credited to your MoneyBack account within 8 weeks

Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion period is from 22 April to 30 April 2025.
2. This offer is only applicable for redemption by "Drops of Fun" three-star members.
3. The offers are not transferable.
4. The offers cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other products, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
5. Member must input your MoneyBack ID in "My Profile" within 7 days of conversion, after which they will be invalid.
6. To convert 500 MoneyBack Points by using 3,000 Watsons Water Reward Points through "Drops of Fun", "Drops of Fun" Members are required to input their MoneyBack Members ID correctly.
7. MoneyBack member ID can be found on MoneyBack App with 11 digits, and starting from 50.
8. MoneyBack points will be credited to MoneyBack Member’s account within 8 weeks.
9. Successful redemption of MoneyBack Point conversion offer is non-refundable and non-reversible.
10. Limited quota to 1,000, available on a first-come-first-served basis and while stock lasts.
11. MoneyBack and the Watsons Water reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the offers and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matter or disputes will be subject to the decision of MoneyBack and the Watsons Water, which shall be final and binding.
12. If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
